GATHERING YOUTH
Meets Sundays @ 6:00-8:00pm @ N. Walnut Campus in the Warehouse!
Grades 6th-12th are welcome!
What to Expect:
Each week, there's a question of the night that relates to our Scripture for the evening.
We worship together, we read Scripture together and engage in different ways (no Bible needed! We will give you one on your first time), and meet in small groups.
Small groups are usually split into high school boys, high school girls, middle school boys and middle school girls. We'd love to have you - come ready to meet Jesus and get to know other students in our church family!
Also, high school Bible study meets at Cassidy’s house every other Wednesday from 7-9pm. Email Cassidy by pressing the button below or text 765-999-3508 to get the address and be included in communication for when we meet!
ACCESSIBILITY MINISTRY
Vision: Awakening every person to thrive in Jesus by serving, including and engaging every image-bearer in discipleship.
Mission: Offer adaptive care, accessible discipleship, and life-giving resources that minister to the whole family.
Here at The Gathering, we believe...
- All individuals, regardless of need or ability, are created in God’s image and are called to know Jesus, grow in faith, and share Him with others. Genesis 1:27
- The body of Christ is incomplete without individuals with disabilities and their families—we need one another to fully reflect God’s kingdom. Romans 12:4-5
- Creating a place of belonging is everyone’s calling. Each person has a role in welcoming, supporting, and discipling this community. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
- A relationship with Jesus is not limited by intellectual or physical ability, and His work in each life is unique. All people were created with purpose, to worship, and to have an impact on the world. Jeremiah 29:11
- This ministry is intentional discipleship. We are committed to equipping volunteers to engage one of the most underserved and unreached populations with the truth and love of Jesus. John 10:10
We aim to offer our families 1:1 buddy support, sensory room breaks, adaptive lessons, and materials as needed. If these resources could help your family thrive at The Gathering, they were designed for you! Let us know you're coming, schedule a weekday visit, or get connected as a volunteer by emailing cassidy@thegatheringmuncie.org.
